Our Charter
The Sisterhood of the Flemington Jewish Community Centers
provides a strong sense of community for all of its women in
every age and stage of life. Our mission is to create an
environment of sisterhood and mutual support, foster
intellectual and spiritual development, support the FJCC
congregation, its youth and our religious school, advance
social justice through advocacy and action, and enrich our
lives through personal growth and friendship.
We accomplish this mission through social and educational
programs, fundraising, community service, providing college
scholarships to graduating high school seniors, and
supporting the FJCC Hebrew School. Our activities,
enhanced by the richness of our diversity, further our
commitment to Jewish ideals, education, spirituality, social
action, and leadership development.
