The FJCC invites all of our post B’nai/B’not Mitzvah students to remain active
participants in the synagogue by leading services, chanting individual aliyot from
the weekly Torah portion, and chanting Haftara. Each week during class the Rabbi
will remind students of this opportunity and give them the chance to sign up for
specific parts of the service and/or individual aliyot. Students may sign up for parts
that week or up to three months in advance. Students are advised to check their
family calendars before signing on. The Rabbi reserves the right to make changes
to or cancel the assigned parts at any time.
